This profile will encompass comprehensive details about the company, the role, associated responsibilities, objectives, and significant challenges. It will also emphasize the requisite experience, qualifications, and competencies necessary for success.
  5. Arrange a weekly meeting schedule with the client, which will include the preparation of a weekly Search Status Report.

  2. Locate and engage with top-tier talent, delivering essential information in a compelling manner and verifying candidates meet our criteria.
  3. Internally evaluate candidates before initiating discussions with the client.
  4. Screen and identify a preliminary list of candidates, and consult with the client to confirm alignment with their requirements.

 

  1. Conduct virtual or in-person interviews with prospective candidates during the Outreach stage.
  2. Assess candidate qualifications in relation to the role’s requirements.
  3. Compile a formal submission containing suitable candidate profiles for the client.
  4. Share the results and findings with the client, confirming the next steps and discussing potential client-candidate interviews.
  5. Prepare both the client and the candidate for the upcoming interview process.
  6. Conduct post-interview debriefing with both the candidates and the client.
  1. Aid the client in the selection of the top 1-2 finalist candidates.
  2. Conduct employment reference checks for the finalist(s).
  3. Facilitate offer management, including helping with negotiations, contract terms, and addressing any remaining concerns.
  1. Keep consistent communication with both the client and candidate throughout the transition period.
  2. Provide support for onboarding and coordinate start-day arrangements.
  3. Maintain ongoing communication with the client and candidate to ensure well-suited for the role and satisfied with the placement.
