Drew Norman

Drew is an analytical, organized, and creative young professional who brings to the table several years of hands-on experience as a researcher. Her interest in research began while completing her Bachelor’s in Linguistics at Queen’s University, where she was awarded the Governor General’s Academic. She also earned a consistent place on the Dean’s List of Distinction throughout her years of study. Eager to dive deeper into the world of research, Drew then completed the Research Analyst graduate program at Humber College. During these studies, she further expanded upon her technical skills in data analysis and research technologies, while also deepening her knowledge of research design and various methodologies. Drew has worked as a researcher on a wide variety of projects since 2016, across fields such as linguistics, psychology, software development, higher education, and product design. Through these experiences and her education, Drew has continuously refined her skills as a researcher, and she is thrilled at the opportunity to leverage her expertise to support research endeavours at Elite Search.
